Refund & cancellation

Cancellation and Refund Policy are as below

  1. You can apply for a full refund for any service which has not been initiated for work order and the work has not been started
  2. If we have initiated Work order and work is completed to 25% or 2 days of payment then a deduction of 15% will be considered.
  3. If we have initiated Work order and work is completed to 50% or 4 days of payment then a deduction of 50% will be considered.
  4. No claim will be considered after 4th day of work initiation or work order creation
  5. You can cancel the order within 1 day after the placing of order
  6. You can claim full refund for the order if you are not satisfied for the quality and deliverable. Note in this regards all the copy of video or Graphics will be submitted with OUR LOGO AS WATERMARK. If you agree to accept the files then we will deliver WATERMARK FREE images and videos which you can use.
  7. Refund claim fails if you have accepted the WATERMARK FREE data and then apply for Refund. You need to apply for a refund before you accept the final WATERMARK FREE DATA.
  8. We offer a Bonus or a free additional copy as complimentary from our end on some packages and REFUND is not claimable on these copies.

We Reserve the Rights to cancel the Order on below terms –

If your project is on priority and if the team is overloaded and do not have bandwidth to take up your work order.

If we see a Copyright or Privacy issue.

If we sense any Illegal or Non ethical business conducts.

For business related to abuse, violence, political use to spread wrong message, business selling false or fake news to market their business

Pricing Error from our end while adding or uploading product details.
